Interior design projects are carried out in a very meticulous way, always thinking about all the joints, the finishes, the way of building, in order to show the client the reality of how their home is going to look. We do not like to teach the client a project that they cannot execute or that in the end will not turn out well. From the planimetry to the 3D survey of the interior design project, we think about how we are going to carry it out and, if it cannot be done, it is not shown to the client. We try to make the project as reliable as possible so that any construction company can carry it out simply with the plans we provide, the video, images and materials memory. We want the client to trust that their house will be as they have seen it in the project. The beginning of the project is to take measurements of the current state of the area to act on, whether it is a home or a business. During that visit, the client tells us their needs and tastes so we can carry out the briefing to carry out our project. The interior design studio begins the project by creating the planimetry, first of the current state to continue with the new distribution. That moment is when we study all the rooms well to create the future home of our client, adapting all their needs and improving the spaces. We think about the best location so that each room achieves its final objective and covers all the client’s needs. We move on to the third phase, which is to build the house in 3D, so we can really see the house with the volumes of walls, doors, furniture, etc. Once it is correct, we start with the choice of materials, finishes, textures and we capture them in the video so we can show them to the client and see their first impression. From there we carry out the rest of the technical planimetry, the report and the finished project for its perfect execution.
