Detached house in Cullera

Architecture and interior design project for a single-family house in Cullera. This time we use three volumes of different sizes and join them together creating a volumetric shape from which we obtain the bases for the house.

For the facade we have chosen a neutral color with a fine texture creating a blank canvas that makes the chosen metalwork stand out. For this house we have chosen a rust color that brings elegance and personality to the house both inside and outside.

From the first moment we enter the house we already realize its warmth and the feeling of home that it transmits. A large-format light-colored pavement, the stairs with a glass railing and the large windows to the outside create a large space without visual divisions.

The first floor has been designed completely diaphanous so that, from all the rooms, you can enjoy the exterior views thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the kitchen, the dark color of the island is combined with the bleached oak paneling for the rest of the furniture. The same oak is used for the dining table and for the paneling in the living room area, unifying the criteria since it is a completely open room.

In one of the corners of the main room we open the way to the outside with a large window in rust that makes the frame of this real image. Neutral tones predominate in the room, we continue with bleached oak wood, natural fiber carpets and use white for the bed and bedside tables. This makes the blue color chosen for the decorative elements stand out.

We closed the bathroom with sliding doors in the same rust finish as the windows combined with bronze glass. The bathroom is divided into three very different areas visually, headdress area, use area and the bath and shower area getting privacy at any time. The white color, predominant in the bathroom, together with the lighting creates a bright and visually hygienic room.

The outdoor space has been maximized and functional spaces have been created, from the dining area or lounge by the pool, to the barbecue area where you can enjoy a good meal, the porch for the vehicle and the garden areas where you can enjoy the natural vegetation.
